Lady of the Lake - Original Artwork

A$960.00

Oil on wood

Custom Mocha Wood Frame

33cm (W) x 33cm (H) x 3cm (D)

ready to hang.

Signed on the front.

The ‘Lady of the Lake’ was not only a symbol of mystery and magic in medieval literature but also represents the essence of life, water. Water can be both a source of beauty but also danger and destruction. I find the process of art making a reflective process, similar to those quiet moments found in nature. In my creative solitude I have moments where I struggle to bring my vision into fruition but as I break push through these obstacles I see the beauty in adversity, an opportunity for growth.
